Pasture-Raised Lamb Shares
For Summer 2026, Deer Creek Pastures has a limited number of lamb shares available. Reserve your share today by emailing deercreekpastures@gmail.com.
Our sheep are raised on rotational pasture in Northeast Georgia, where they spend their lives grazing diverse grasses and forbs.
We sell lamb by the whole or half animal, processed at a USDA inspected facility and cut to your preferences.
What Is a Lamb Share?
A lamb share means you purchase a portion of the animal and receive a variety of cuts.
Typical cuts include:
• lamb chops
• leg of lamb
• shoulder roast
• ground lamb
• stew meat
• ribs
Each lamb yields approximately 30–40 pounds of packaged meat depending on processing selections.
How It Works
Join the waitlist by sending an email to deercreekpastures@gmail.com.
When the lamb is ready, it goes to a USDA processor where you select your cuts.
A few weeks later, you pick up your meat.
